About Our Services
Clients with Steps Recovery move through a series of treatment levels that provide the best possible chances for their long-term recovery. The level of care is determined after an initial assessment is completed with one of our intake professionals. The full continuum of care within Steps Recovery includes detox, residential treatment, day treatment, intensive outpatient, sober living, and the alumni program.
What We Do
Before beginning treatment, it is important that your medical needs are taken care of first. An evaluation by our admissions staff will determine if detox is needed. The process typically takes 5 to 10 days that depends on many factors including substances used, duration, and amount. Your mental health and unique history will be considered as well.
Residential treatment is a place where the sole focus is your health, wellbeing and recovery. It’s important to eliminate all outside distractions and allow yourself time to focus on YOU. At Steps Recovery Centers, we make this transition as smooth as possible. Our staff understands what you are going through—many of us have been in your shoes.
Day treatment programs, also known as Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), is a daily outpatient program that consists of a variety of individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Clients spend 25-40 hours per week in a safe, monitored environment to ensure they have the needed support to build their recovery.
Intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) is a method of treatment often used to transition from a higher level of care. An outpatient treatment facility will have many connections in the recovery community to help clients readjust to their daily lives. Outpatient treatment gives our clients the opportunity to progress in life with the support and accountability of their treatment team and peers.
In addition to Individual & Group Therapy, we also provide weekly Family Therapy sessions when appropriate. We believe that the entire family is impacted by mental health and addiction. Incorporating families into a clients treatment plan greatly reduces their risk of relapse.
Whether you are going through a hardship or just want to maintain friendships and support, you are welcome to come to aftercare
Steps Recovery has a strong sense of fellowship. Coming Back to aftercare will also give current clients a message of hope and success.
